Shipping Policy

Our shipping prices are priced below what it actually costs to ship your order, as our policy is to never profit on shipping charges.

We ship all our orders out of our own manufacturing and distribution center.  We typically ship all orders within 24 hours if order is received between Sunday and Thursday each week.  Smaller orders typically ship via the USPS, larger parcels via UPS and very large orders are shipped on pallets with freight carriers.  These very large orders are priced FOB, which means the customer pays the shipping costs. For these large orders we need to arrange for the shipping directly with the customers.  

When your order is processed you will receive a confirmation that you order has shipped and a tracking number will be sent to your email.

The nightshift smells really good. Almost like a cologne. I use it on my vest and spray inside my boots at the end of my shifts. I had a few days off and when I opened my locker during the start of a new shift I got the great smell of the nightshift. It was refreshing and good to know I won't smell while on shift lol. I used the creek wood to spray my seats in my patrol car to try and give the same refreshing feeling I had when I opened my locker. Unfortunately creekwood smells an awful lot like sunscreen and it did not satisfy me the way nightshift did. I don't think I'll be using anymore of what's in that bottle because of the sunscreen smell, so unfortunately I think I lost my money for creekwood. Nightshift on the other hand is amazing. Once that runs out I want to try the others.

The scent comes out very strong when you spray it but dissipates quickly. It doesn’t like a very strong uncomfortable oder that you are stuck with all shift. Sometimes sprays and deodorizes can leave a smell that’ll give to headache or just mask and cover the smell but it’s neutralizes the smell and leaves a light scent behind. It also doesn’t leave behind a residue on your shirt or jacket that you wear under your vest either.

I'm a K9 handler in south central Texas where seasons don't exist and it's hot year round. My vest smells to high heaven 85% of the time despite constantly washing the carrier and caring for vest as instructions say to. Smell would be back after 1 shift. Since getting this product, I've had no issues. Have used it for my carrier and vest panels with great results. Will for sure be ordering again.

This spray is pretty great! I don’t understand why or how well it works without being enzyme based—but it is super effective. Now my vest always smells fresh and clean, which is so nice when working in the summer time and the temps outside are like 95°F and 100% humidity, and you’ve been sweating for a 10 hour shift. I also use it in my shoes/boots and on my sofa to keep it from smelling like dog. Second time purchasing this, the bottles last forever, and I’ll be a third and fourth time buyer in the future.
